Two people, one registry.

Neo Bharat is built and run by two people who split the work the way most good products split it — the product and the platform it stands on.

PrepNex Founder Python Playbook Author EdTech Builder

I'm the founder of PrepNex and creator of PYQ Junction. My journey started as a student unable to find reliable, authentic PYQs for AMU and JMI — every platform was paywalled or inaccurate. So I built PYQ Junction from scratch with real papers from official sources.

I'm an Associate DevOps Engineer and systems programmer. I own the architecture and infrastructure every Neo Bharat product runs on — Linux, containers, CI/CD, and deployments that stay up under real traffic so what we ship actually reaches the people it was built for.

How the work actually runs

What Asad does

Product, direction, and the first version of every idea. He decides what gets built, who it’s for, and the price it ships at. He also teaches coding through Learn With Asad and keeps shipping new platforms whenever a problem shows up that nobody else is fixing affordably.

What Yawar does

Architecture, infrastructure, and reliability. He makes sure every register holds under real load — deployments, servers, pipelines, and the systems layer so products stay live for the students and users who depend on them.

Why they do it

Both of them faced the same pattern: a real problem, no good solution at a price or quality that worked for people like them. Instead of waiting for someone else, they build the fix — for themselves first, then for the country, the next generation, and anyone else who hits the same wall.

How they live it

Ship first. File it in the registry. Measure who it reached. Keep the products free or cheap enough that money is never the reason someone is left out. Mentorship, open work, and continuous building are part of the same rule: solve the problem in front of you.

Every product in the registry passes through both founders before it’s filed — Asad on what gets built and who it’s for, Yawar on whether it holds up under real traffic and real infrastructure. Neither half works without the other.
