Why this organisation needs to exist
Building useful technology is hard enough. Rebuilding the same foundation — hosting, design systems, ops, research habits — for every idea makes it harder. Neo Bharat exists so that shared capabilities compound and each venture can focus on its problem and its users.
What we are
A technology and innovation group founded by Asad Abdullah and Yawar. We build, incubate and operate ventures across education, software and deep technology. The group is Indian in origin and globally minded — ambitious, technical and disciplined.
Operating model
Ventures remain distinct in product identity and audience. The group provides engineering, infrastructure, design, research, growth and operations as a shared foundation. Terminology is deliberate: group, venture, platform, product — used carefully so we do not over-claim legal or organisational structure.
Philosophy
Ideas are the beginning. Products are the proof. Companies are the outcome.
We do not treat the portfolio as a collection of side projects. We are building an organisation capable of repeatedly creating technology ventures that solve real problems.
Future ambition
The current portfolio is a starting point. The architecture of the group — and of this website — is designed so that new ventures can be added without redesigning the foundation. Credibility will come from shipped work, not from claims.
